About Your Print
What is the Process in making the print?
Your Print will be created using the finest archival materials and processes to ensure the integrity of your artwork. It will be printed on Hahnemühle Fine Art Papers. This produces vibrant colors with a smooth tonal range. Every attention to detail is carefully monitored to ensure the quality of your Artwork.
How is Your Artwork Framed?
Your Artwork will be framed with your choice of sustainable wood frames. The frames are carefully selected to meet museum standards. The Artwork is then mounted and inspected before packing.
How do I Hang My Artwork?
As a general rule your Artwork should be hung at eye level, about 60 inches from the floor or 8 inches above furniture like a sofa. Your Artwork is shipped with the hanging hardware already attached to the back of the frame. We do provide J-hooks for the walls but you may need to purchase wall anchors as we do not know where the Artwork will be displayed. Avoid direct sunlight as this may damage the print over time. Go to the frame section for hanging guidelines.
How do I Light My Artwork?
While you may use your existing lights, we suggest LED lights. The lights should be spread and not directional to avoid hot spots and at distance to ensure full coverage. The photograph should also be placed away from direct sunlight, this will allow you and your family and friends to enjoy the Art Work. Below is a chart on how many lights are needed for the Art Work.

How do You Care for Your Artwork?
Use caution when cleaning the surface of your Fine Art photograph. You should only dust the picture with a damp, soft cloth. Gently clean with water, and dry by blotting the cloth. Any other type of cloth or material may scratch the photograph. Do not use any type of cleaning liquids, doing so will permanently damage your picture.
