How is My Artwork Shipped?

After printing and framing your Artwork, it will go through quality control before packing. Afterwards great care is used to pack and ship your Artwork. It is insured and then sen’t to your home or office. In the unlikely event of damage in transit, we will have the damaged Artwork collected from you and replaced with a perfect one – at no additional charge to you. Print only orders are rolled and packed into a hard cylinder tube to guarantee safe delivery. All prints come with 'Framing & Handling' instructions ensuring you get the most from your print/s. Print only includes free shipping.

 

When will My Artwork be Delivered?

Frames less Artworks ship three weeks after the order is placed. Framed Artworks may take six weeks to ship. Print only ships two weeks after placing the order.

 

Is Shipping Included?

Only in Miami, Ft. Lauderdale and Upper Keys and on print only orders.

 

What Happens If the Box Arrives Damaged?

If the package shows signs of damage, it is your right to inspect the art before signing for it. Please do not refuse delivery. Instead ensure that the driver notes that the piece was damaged. Due to shipping company requirements, deliveries must be inspected within 48 hours of receipt. In the extremely rare case where a piece is damaged during delivery, submit at least 6 digital photographs of the box and any damage to us. Please include all your information via email.

 

What is Your Return Policy?

Images are custom made and as such, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges. We take every care to pack and ship your goods so they arrive in pristine condition. Your package is insured from our door to yours. In the unlikely event that your goods arrive damaged, we will replace them at no cost to you.
